Utopia
Hmmmmm. Honestly, i think that a Utopian community on planet earth is utterly impossible. I think this because this earth is not perfect and is not capable of having perfectness. Only Jesus and God are perfect. We, humans, are not perfect. We are made from dirt and the dusts of the ground. We are unclean in our souls and we can never have a utopia. There is always something that will destroy it, something that will trigger it into failing. That is the devil's way of playing and doing his job. He tempts everyone. From reading the book, "Lord of the Flies," i say that Utopia can never be created on earth. When they were shipwrecked and came to the island, the kids were happy and they built a strong community. However, it all crumbled down because they broke up. Something will always go wrong and there will be chaos and destrucion. Like it says in the book, there is always evilness in someone. The lord of the flies (the pig head) said to Simon that every person on this island has an evilness in him that will cause him to do evil things. He was right and the kids became evil. The community was broken, friendship was torn. They even had rules in the begining to maintain order and justice but it got out of hand. There can never be Utopia and never will be on earth.

ReplyDeleteutopia is a place where it is perfect but there isn't always perfectness stable in one place for a long time. i think utopia wouldn't be on earth either
